After the success of the bean plant, Faith wanted to plant some seeds of her own. While eating a cucumber, she wondered if she could plant the seeds she found inside. We decided to try it and see. We also got seeds from a tomato and a green pepper that we were using for a sandwich.
The oval seeds at the top of this plate are the cucumber seeds. The small round ones on the left came out of a green bell pepper. The slimy-looking ones on the right came from a tomato. You can click on a group of seeds to take you to the latest update for that plant (we hope!)
Here the girls are planting their seeds in plastic cups.
Nothing to do now but wait! Check back later to see what, if anything, happened.
