We went to the farm (Sharp's Farm at Waterford).

FAITH: We got to go into the part of the farm that has bees, that sting you. But only if you try to catch them. So we didn't catch them.

THEA: I was trying to pet a goat, but the goat kept walking away.

FAITH: He was standing on the wall. Soon we were going to go ride on a hayride. Well, then we were going to jump into a big mud puddle! It was very yucky, so I wasn't going to swim in there.

FAITH: This goat had a beard! They had a fence with the goats, because they couldn't run to get people and try to eat everything. They couldn't eat with their hands, because they were paws, so they just ate with their mouths. THEA: That goat was trying to eat Daddy's sleeve! I thought that was really really funny. FAITH: So did I! |

THEA: I'm petting this goat. It really liked me! The goat with the beard is trying to get someone to come pet it. But if you got too close it would bite your sleeve!

THEA: I dug up seeds to feed to the chickens. Lots of chickens ate the seeds. There was a rooster that was really loud. I thought it was really loud when it went "Cock-a-doodle-do!"

FAITH: We went on a hayride. Well, the pumpkin patch was too far to walk, or maybe we would fall into something or maybe we could get hurt, so we rode on the tractor. We sat on hay.

THEA: In the pumpkin patch I wanted a really big pumpkin, but no one would let me have one, so I picked out this pumpkin. |

FAITH: We were in the pumpkin patch taking a picture of us. The ones I saw were small ones, orange ones too. So many ones were orange and green. Then we had to hold our pumpkins. I was holding Mom's small one. One was medium sized, and one was the biggest. |

FAITH: I was wearing a t-shirt because we had to paint our pumpkins or color them or sticker them up too. So when we were going to paint we could finger paint too. Well, everybody had to sticker them up or marker them up. THEA: I tried to paint my pumpkin scary so people would run away! And they would think my pumpkin was scary. I painted blue and yellow on the stem so it would be a poisonous pumpkin! The rain washed off some of my pumpkin. I was really really really mad. |

FAITH: Mommy took a picture of me with my pumpkin. I was really excited. So, I did it.
